Drew Aquilina Cartoonist- GREEN PIECES: GREEN FROM THE POND UP

Green Pieces: Green From the Pond Up

by cartoonist Drew Aquilina

Green Pieces: Green From the Pond Up.   This book represents a snapshot of the anthropomorphic cartoon strip Green pieces© created by cartoonist Drew Aquilina. Green pieces© ~ naturally, the World’s greenest and most environmentally friendly humorTM ~ illustrates that nothing in nature is overlooked by this clever compilation of environmental humor.   Green pieces© highlights four main characters who introduce the reader to the life and times around a typical environmental wetland. Led by a claustrophobic turtle named Iggman, the action picks up once humans leave the scene. There is also an annoying dragonfly, Radic; an omnipotent techno-bullfrog, Cabby; and a rogue raccoon, Roc. Follow these environment-friendly cartoon characters as they humorously struggle to survive in today’s environmentally challenged world.

Green Pieces: Green From the Pond Up serves as the perfect environmental children’s book and addition to any child’s cartoon book library.   This collection of environmental cartoons is an ideal resource to teach school children about respecting the environment, being green and revering Mother Nature, all doing so through Drew Aquilina’s environmental-based, light-hearted humor.   Adults will also enjoy Green Pieces: Green From the Pond Up as it humorously reminds them that “the environment and its animals are people, too,” we have just one planet to live on, and that we need to care for the environment and its non-human inhabitants.

Want to learn more about wetland pond life being the most environmentally diverse in all of nature?   Want to discover the secret behind environmental cartoon characters’ successful hibernation habits?   Want to know what really causes cloud to cloud lightning?   Pick up a copy of Green Pieces: Green From the Pond Up .   Does Nature have a soul? Green pieces© cartoons answers that question with an unequivocally green “Yes.”
