ARTiculations Lecture

The History of Mexico
According to Diego Rivera
Diego Rivera’s murals at the National Palace in Mexico City portray the history of Mexico from pre-conquest to modern times. Rivera used his paint brush to help re-define his country’s artistic heritage. Using the fresco technique, he contributed to a fabulous mural tradition and presented Mexico’s history from his personal perspective. Join Stevie Mack for a fascinating look at Rivera and his murals.
