My Bookstore

In addition to the small bookstore at 39 N. 6th Avenue in Tucson (we pack a lot of activity into our small space), we also have a virtual store here online.  If you are interested in any of the titles you see mentioned here, please purchase a copy through our store.

Proceeds go to support events like our open mic literary night, every Monday night at 7pm (sign up begins at 6:30 pm) where local authors read from their latest works.  We enjoy hearing from writers of novels, short stories, poetry, free form verse and even song lyrics.  Some authors come to read the works of others, to share their sources of inspiration.  To enter the store click here>> or click on the photo.

    Mr Ford,

I apologise beforehand if this is way outside your sphere of influence but as you have made mention of Talei Publishers is it possible you could obtain the following books if still available?

    Timothy W. Fattig:Wyatt Earp:The Biography
    Hardcover ISBN 0963177281 ISBN 0-9631772-8-1
    Ben T. Traywick
    Wyatt Earp,Angel of Death
    Hardcover ISBN 0971375895 ISBN 0-9713758-9-5

I’ve tried countless times over the years but the only way you can purchase them in the UK is
directly from the publisher and by cheque (they refuse to answer my email enquiries about alternative methods of payment).
Of course the exchange rate and shipping costs now make it even more expensive.
Copies do turn up at ridiculous prices but I presume these are ones signed by the author.

    Hope you can help.

  2. Mr. Fearnehough,
I’ll see what I can do about the Earp books. Friday (tomorrow is the first) I’ll make a few phone calls and let you know. I hope you’ll have a wonderful New Year. Randy Ford

  3. Would you consider making my novel, Blood on His Hands, available in your online store? As a store you can order at a 40% discount from the publisher at http://www.buybooksontheweb.com/forstores.aspx

  4. Hello Randy,
My publisher Linda Radke of Five Star Publications in Chandler AZ, sent me your link. I am the award winning author of a delightful, funny children’s book called,”The Magical Adventures of Clara the Cleaning Lady: Clara Meets Mr. Twiddles.” It is a book about a very grumpy cat and a cleaning lady who is a cat whisperer of sorts. Check it out at http://www.clarameetsmrtwiddles.com Thanks.

  5. Mr. Ford,
Due to three personal tragedies in ’06, I wrote a children’s book entitled “Where Do We Go?” to help others deal with the difficult and awkward discussion of death. Since then the book has won awards, and is being used by several National organizations. We would be glad to send you a copy for review, and hopefully get The Brainpan on board.

  6. Hi James,
The Brainpan is on board. I would like to read your book. I don’t usually write reviews. I wish you continued success with your book. Randy Ford

  7. in the article about my book, ALL THE FACES I HAVE BEEN: AN ACTOR’S NOTEBOOK, you have Imago Press as the publisher, and that is correct, but Leila Joiner’s email is ljoiner@dakotacom.net – it looks like Ijoiner??? Thanks for the announcement about the book. I read from it last Monday at the National Writer’s Union, and the book is also available at Antinone and Mostly Books, Tucson. Again, thanks, Bill Killian.

Do you participate in the OverDrive Media Console? This programs allows downloading E-books and Audiobooks. I’m looking for a tech that can assist me with the program.

    Thank you.
