International Renown Artist- NEIL BERNSTEIN

THE “NEW LINCOLN  MEMORIAL  an art project by Neil Bernstein a disable veteran and international renown artist
“The New Lincoln Memorial” is a vintage 1976 Bicentennial Lincoln Town Car Cross-country Arts Project.

Its first mission is to rally veterans, their families and all Americans to appeal to our leaders to fix the VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.  Its doctors, and employees have been under immense stress as they have been over-taxed, over worked, and stretched beyond any reasonable call of duty  THIS LEAVES OUR VETERANS WITH LITTLE OR NO CARE AND RESULTS IN DISASTER AND DEATH FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE GIVEN OUR MINDS, OUR BODIES AND OUR LIVES FOR AMERICA.  THE NEW LINCOLN MEMORIAL WILL TRAVEL FROM VA HOSPITAL TO VA HOSPITAL AND TO ART MUSEUMS AND OTHER LOCATIONS ALL THE WAY TO WASHINGTON D.C.   WE ASK THAT ALL VETERANS AND THEIR LOVED ONES BRING FORWARD MEMENTOS, ASH, PHOTOS ETC. INCLUSION AND WILL ALLOW VETERANS TO WRITE MESSAGES TO OUR NATIONS LEADERS AND THE WORLD DIRECTLY ONTO THE SCULPTURE.   THE CRRREATORS WILL BE FILMING THE ENTIRE JOURNEY FOR A FEATURE FILM CALLED THE LONG RIDE HOME WHICH ALSO INCLUDES INTERVIEWS WITH MILITARY AND OTHER AGENCY FIGURES.”

NEIL BERNSTEIN did memorials at the WORLD TRADE CENTER, about  HURRICANE KATRINA, HURRICANE  SANDY and a piece called “THE GOLDEN GATES BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED BORDERS.”
