STOOPDRAMER & OTHER WINDSOR TERRACE STORIES
by Pat Fenton
8:00 PM
(Through 6/18/2011)
Journalist and playwright, Pat Fenton, will take us back to his old neighborhood with a company of actors performing a dramatic reading of his play about a lost part of Windsor Terrace. Once a teeming, tight-knit, Irish and Italian blue-collar neighborhood that existed around 17th Street and 9th Avenue before Robert Moses drove the Prospect Expressway through the very heart of it in 1953, and divided it forever.
