Kore Press- Coming in Hot Project

Save the date:
Coming in Hot Benefit Dinner
Sunday, September 26th

On the evening of Sunday, September 26th, scholars, performers, and supporters of Coming in Hot will gather for a final performance and dinner before the show leaves town. We will wine, dine, and revel in the culmination of the Civil Discourse Tour that is bringing Coming in Hot–and the important dialogue it rouses–to fourteen different classrooms, neighborhood centers and colleges in Tucson and Phoenix during September.

PComing in Hot: adapted for the stage from Powder.. (Kore Press 2008)lease join us at The Franklin House to toast the tour’s success by sharing a meal of luscious fare provided by Gallery of Food. Tickets are $100 and proceeds directly benefit the Coming in Hot project, which continues to gain momentum: actor Jeanmarie Simpson will bring the play to major U.S. cities starting October, and in Fall 2011, to Europe.

The stories of women soldiers–fierce, feminine, and fighting to be heard–will educate and engage hundreds of Arizonans next month, thanks to generous supporters like yourself.

With appreciation,

Lisa Bowden, Publisher & Coming in Hot director
